Ingredients
1 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
2 oz linguine, cooked al dente
1 tsp cajun seasoning (your recipe, Cajun Seasoning Mix or store-bought)
1 tbsp butter
0.50 thinly sliced green onion
0.50 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
0.13 tsp salt
0.13 tsp dried basil
0.07 tsp ground black pepper
0.07 tsp garlic powder
0.13 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions

Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl and toss to coat.

In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chicken in butter or margarine until chicken is tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.

Reduce heat add green onion, heavy cream, tomatoes, basil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and heat through.

Pour over hot linguine and toss with Parmesan cheese.
